About Us

The owner/management team of Access Real Estate Services works to preserve Association assets, retain rental property values and maintain open communication with our owners. Access managers are well-informed of  the laws & regulations affecting rental property owners and Associaitons. The owner/management team consists of individuals with well-suited and complementary areas of expertise and experience:

  • Rachel Long (Owner / Designated Broker)

    Over fifteen years of corporate hotel management experience and several years experience as a licensed real estate broker, condominium association and property manager.

  • David M. Long, Jr., MBA, CPA, CMCA (Owner / CFO)

    Over fifteen years of maintenance management and budgeting experience in the U.S. Coast Guard. Upon completion of his service, David earned his CPA designation and worked in public & private accounting for a number of years prior to forming Access Real Estate Services.

Through its membership with the Community Association Institute (CAI), our management team stays up to date with the  latest changes in laws impacting your community.
