About Us

The owner/management team of Access Real Estate Services works to retain rental property values, preserve Association assets, and maintain open communication with our owners. Access managers are well-informed of the laws & regulations affecting rental property owners and Associations. The owner/management team consists of individuals with well-suited and complementary areas of expertise and experience:

 

  • Rachel Long (Owner / Designated Broker)

    Over fifteen years of corporate hotel management experience and many years experience as a licensed real estate broker, condominium association and property manager.

  • David M. Long, Jr., MBA, CPA (Owner / CFO)

    Over fifteen years of maintenance management and budgeting experience in the U.S. Coast Guard. Upon completion of his service, David earned his CPA designation and worked in public & private accounting for a number of years prior to forming Access Real Estate Services.
